COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Through Little Eyes

1. Organizer 

The organizer of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the "competition") is CPI Hotels, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer").

2. Duration of the competition 

Submission of drawings takes place from 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026. 

Public voting in the online gallery runs until 26 July 2026. 

Entries submitted outside this period will not be included in the competition. 

The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the competition at any time. 

3. Participation in the competition 

The competition is intended for children under 18 years of age. 

Participation is ensured by the child's legal guardian. 

Each participant may submit one original drawing to the competition. 

Entries must be submitted by sending a photo of the drawing via e-mail or via Instagram Direct Message to the official organizer profile https://www.instagram.com/cpihotels/. 

Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation. 

4. Gallery and voting 

All submitted drawings will be published in an online gallery. 

The gallery and voting are technically provided via the Easypromos platform, operated on the organizer’s own domain. 

The winners are determined by public voting in the gallery. 

The winners of the competition are the first three (3) participants whose drawings receive the highest number of valid votes. 

The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of votes and to exclude votes obtained in violation of the rules. 

5. Prize 

The winners of the competition are three (3) participants whose drawings receive the highest number of valid votes in the online gallery.
Each winner will receive a voucher for a family stay (2 adults and 2 children) for 2 nights at any hotel within the CPI Hotels network (www.cpihotels.com), subject to availability.

The stay date is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
The conditions for redemption of the voucher will be communicated individually to the winners.

The prize consists of a stay provided by the organizer. 

The prize is not legally enforceable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable. 

No right of withdrawal, return, complaint, or compensation applies to participation in the competition or to the prize, including within any 14 or 15 day period. 

The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value. 

The winners will be contacted via e-mail or Instagram. 

6. Disqualification 

The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates these terms or attempts to manipulate the voting. 

Entries containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content may be excluded from the competition. 

7. Liability 

The organizer shall not be liable for technical issues, data loss, functionality of the Easypromos platform, or failure of entries to be delivered. 

The organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the competition or the use of the prize. 

8. Facebook / Instagram 

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. 

9. Personal data protection and newsletter 

The data controller is CPI Hotels. 

By participating in the competition, regardless of the method of entry (e-mail or Instagram), the participant and/or their legal guardian agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of administering the competition, publishing drawings in the gallery, contacting participants, and sending marketing communications and newsletters. 

Consent to receive newsletters may be withdrawn at any time via the link provided in each newsletter or by contacting the organizer. 

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679). 

10. Amendments 

The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, provided that participants' rights are not adversely affected. 

11. Governing law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. 

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. 

12. Agreement 

By participating in the competition, participants and/or their legal guardians confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
