Information notice according to the Act on the Registration of Sales

According to the Act on Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, the seller is obliged to register received sales with the tax administrator online, and in case of technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.

Information about the clients' rights to withdraw from the contract on the exchange transaction

    Due to the decrees of the Government of the Czech Republic on the adoption of emergency measures to reduce the risk of coronavirus spread, we would like to inform you that the operation of the hotel will be limited until further notice. The hotel is closed to the public. Only guests and those who have a valid reservation confirmed by 15 March 2020 will be granted access to the hotel. The hotel provides services in a limited regime in accordance with the decrees of the Government of the Czech Republic and the principles of maximum protection of the guests’ and employees’ health. In line with the decree, we would also like to ask you to kindly keep at least 2 meters distance between persons and to comply with other recommended hygienic principles and measures.
