THE BEST CONGRESS HOTEL IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC IS CLARION CONGRESS HOTEL PRAGUE

Prague / Czech Republic, 12 July 2012 - Clarion Congress Hotel Prague was recognized at the first annual Hotel of the Year Awards organized by Conventia. The winner’s trophy in the category of congress hotel, which was decided by an expert panel of judges made up of representatives of renowned congress organizing companies, was accepted by the director of the Vysočany Clarion Miroslav Bukva. The Clarion Congress Hotel Ústí nad Labem also celebrated a success, taking top honours in its region. A total of 265 hotels were involved in the competition, representing approximately ten percent of hotels in the Czech Republic. The gala ceremony for the Hotel of the Year 2012 Awards took place in the Průmyslový palác at the Prague exhibition grounds. In addition to announcement of the awards, the evening also featured hotel presentations, an entertainment program, fashion show, a tap dance performance and barman show.
