The restaurant of the five-star Mamaison Hotel Le Regina which is part of Czech hotel group CPI Hotels was named The Best Hotel Restaurant of 2014 in Poland. La Rotisserie Restaurant won the award at 11th edition of the best of Warsaw Food & Drinks Awards organized by Warsaw Insider Magazine.
The judge panel consisted of the magazine’s editor-in-chief Alex Webber, well known executive chef Joseph „Józek“ Seelesto and the bloggers, authors of Froblog and Restaurantica. Agnieszka Tucharz, the general manager of Mamaison Hotel Le Regina accepted the award on behalf of the executive chef Pawel Oszyczk and his team during tha gala evening in Warsaw.
The signature cuisine of La Rotisserie Restaurant is influenced by international Italian and French cuisine, but also builds on traditional Polish dishes using local ingredients. Executive Chef Pawel Oszczyk has led La Rotisserie Restaurant since its opening in 2004, he gathered experience in the Michelin restaurant Miramonti l'Altro in Italy, also led the kitchen in the Warsaw Bristol Hotel or the renowned Polish Business Roundtable Club. In 2011 La Rotisserie Restaurant featured in Top 10 list of restaurants in Central and Eastern Europe in Dining Guide Food Show. In 2014 he was awarded the prestigious Prix du Chef de l'Avenir - Chef of the future by International culinary academy.
CPI Hotels included Mamaison Hotels & Residences brand to its portfolio in July 2014, now it operates hotels and residences in Prague, Bratislava, Warsaw, Budapest and Moscow.
