EVENING WITH BOAR, CABBAGE AND ROSESHIP SAUCE IN CLARION VYSOČANY

The Clarion Congress Hotel Prague threw a party for its corporate partners in the style of the Czech movie Slavnosti sněženek (Snowdrop Festivals). The hotel's managing director, Miroslav Bukva, started the meeting and invited the guests to a laser shooting range where everyone could try their hand at shooting and win interesting prizes.

Thanks to the excellent catering by chef Miroslav Soukup, guests had the chance to answer the legendary question of whether it is best to eat boar with rosehip sauce or with cabbage. The meeting was enlivened by a launch ceremony of the new Miss Face 2014 Calendar, held by this year's winner, Nela Prášilová, and the Miss Face director, Taťána Makarenko. Finally, a raffle with forestry and hunting themes was drawn. The thematic party was connected to the game cuisine season which is now underway in the Benada Restaurant in Clarion Vysočany.
