CPI Hotels now operates Hotel Vladimir in Ústí nad Labem, and has become the biggest provider of conference capacities in the region

Ústí nad Labem / Czech Republic / May 25, 2017

The biggest Czech hotel company CPI Hotels is operating a further hotel in Ústí nad Labem; it has newly taken over the operations of Hotel Vladimir. In Ústí nad Labem, CPI Hotels already manages the four-star Clarion Congress Hotel, which focuses mainly on business clientele. The company has downgraded the former four-star hotel to the three-star category. “Hotel Vladimir has a relatively long tradition in the region and Ústí citizens know it; for this reason, we want to retain the hotel name and brand. But we have decided to provide its services in the sought-after category of comfortable three-star accommodation, which offers good quality at affordable prices. Together with the offer of the four-star Clarion, we are meeting a broad spectrum of customers half-way and we are entering the congress season that has just opened with a capacity of more than one thousand seats, thus the biggest provider of conference space in the region,” said Vít Kotě.

It is exactly the synergy of the hotel services and advantageous location of the hotels that is the future perspective point for the successful operation of both hotels in the economically complicated environment of the Ústí Region. “I believe that with the expanding range of services a larger number of domestic and foreign visitors will have the opportunity to get to know the still relatively neglected beauties of the Central Bohemian Uplands. Both hotels form an ideal base from which to discover them,” adds Vít Kotě. The hotel is ranked outside the CPI Hotels brands, in the so-called Private Label Hotels category. Business and marketing support shall be provided from Prague to Hotel Vladimir, as well as to the Clarion Congress Hotel Ústí nad Labem. Hotel Vladimir was completed in 1986 according to a project of architects Rudolf Berger and Zdeněk Havlík and currently offers accommodation in 86 rooms, including 2 fully barrier-free rooms and suites with kitchenettes. It has 6 multifunctional halls with a capacity of more than 530 conference seats. From April 2017, the hotel is a member of the CPI Hotels Group, which operates a total of 29 hotels in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and Russia and with a capacity of 8,400 beds and 11,300 conference seats is the biggest hotel group in the Czech Republic. Among the most famous group brands is mainly the Clarion Hotels full-service network, the collection of Mamaison Hotels & Residences, the Spa & Kur Hotels, the original brand of the three-star Fortuna Hotels brand and the five-star Buddha-Bar Hotel Prague from the Buddha-Bar Collection.
